Man literally firing rockets holding it in hands.

My immediate neighbour was hand launching 3" ball shell rockets, in the street in London UK -he thought it was OK!

I have seen accident with bare eyes just in front of me.

Both of his hands burned well and his face too.

Rocket just exploded in hand.
