All10Fingers Posted March 10 Posted March 10 This is my first attempt at anything above 1.5 inches. My first 100% hand rolled paper shell with my first spolets and filled with my first batch of colored stars. Even tho it performed exactly as I meant it too. I still can't believe it happened as such. The green and blue looked better in person. VID_20240309_202331581.mp4 1
DavidF Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Congrats! What blue was that? It looked good with the gold tailed stars.

Thank you It was a science blue or something like that mumbles posted in a thread here here years back. I was neat how it didn't initially show until the pink and green burned out. Although the green didn't show up that well on camera
Guernica Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Great job! I'm sure you have a long & successful pyro career ahead of you. As for the blue, you probably mean pyro science blue- one of my favorites.
All10Fingers Posted March 12 Author Posted March 12 Thank you zumber. I used your pink formula from the barbie car thread. It's honestly might be the best star I've made yet. It's bright, the burn rate is nice, strong color, and didn't even need any prime. Once I can the other colors look that intense I'll be making some pretty stuff
Zumber Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Thank you but it must be primed. I prime everything even charcoal effect stars to ensure 100 percent ignition.😀
