Red iron oxide not use red star formula

If you make fish red star so use

Stonsium nitret 400

FS powder 800

Maglelium 50

Make 4mm stars

If you not found FS powder so use

Stonsium nitret 800

PVC 200

Maglelium 100

TTT9 50

DEXTRIN 65

Ttt9 could be 999 aluminium.

We concluded some time ago that the popular FS powder in India must be iron sulfide, FeS. 

it perplexes me that Indian pyrotechnicians don’t know their ingredients!?

It was not so common.

Very few company use it and it just have arrived in suppliers list.

As there are many local names and short forms even many people just dont know that such powder has arrived in market.

I too just heard from one guy about this powder last month.

It is Ferric Sulphide powder.

Just now got confirmation from supplier.

If any formula use 999 100 gram so triple t nine use only 10 gram

Are you really sure?

Pure ferric sulfide, Fe2S3, is not stable and would spontaneously turn into ferrous sulfide, FeS!

Something is not correct here!

This topic is another example of the quality of the forum is becoming. Then we have @MADBOY, who speaks in riddles. He spells all chemical formula's wrong, posts wierd topics, even crazy swede looks lost ^^

Time for admins / mods to remove posts like these?  Just wondering
