I am now 61 years old and looking forward to retiring in the near future. Yes, I do have all my fingers. Safety practices are the most important aspect of building pyro. Be prepared for what your not prepared for. I am not a big fan of computers and such. Looking forward to reading what others are dong out there in the feild of pyro. Digg? 1

TheSidewinder Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Welcome to the forums, pyrodoc! Glad to have some members from India. I know it has a good fireworks tradition, but we see very little of it here. Be sure to post pics if you can, and start a Blog or Photo Gallery of your own if you're so inclined. And a welcome to you too, wopyro! Glad to have some folks here older than me for a change. Looking forward to your input to the community. 1

AKNewbie Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Howdy,Live in Oklahoma. New to this forum. See that I have to post (once) to increase my access. Here it is.Always put on family shows each year at friend's farm (well, on the years we don't worry about grass fires anyway).Never have made my own, just store-bought mortars and cakes.Always been curious, so I started today buying many books (and a video) from AJP, skylighter, and pyrodirect.Reading up should keep me out of trouble for a while. Thanks for having me.
Akariji Posted February 15, 2014 Posted February 15, 2014 What's up? Living in the USA, I've long since been interested in various kinds of sciences and hobbies. I'm starting to get into pyrotechnics more seriously now, and hopefully I can find plenty of resources and friends here willing to help me out. And of course, I'll do the same for all of you. Thanks.
