I already watched your shell eleven years ago and also watched it just now its really nice. So far I was preparing flash broken shells upto 5 and 6 inch sizes...because I had no access to hemisphere....I have also made hemisphere on my own but I need 100 plus pieces every year and it consumes too time for hemispheres, thats why so far I was stick to plastic ball shells. Now I have access to hemispheres (I am switching to MCRS burst) Can you tell me from where you purchase kraft paper for pasting shells? What GSM kraft paper do you use for shell pasting? Do you use wheat paste or other gum for pasting shells? The video of shell I have posted is pasted using fevicol (thinned using water)
BengalFlair Posted December 6, 2023 Posted December 6, 2023 (edited) It's a typo, I think and should be MCRH !! 100/120 GSM virgin Kraft paper is available right here in Kolkata which I usually use to paste my shells. If I don't have sufficient time for drying , I use thinned fevicol otherwise I use wheat paste. I am still using self made newspaper hemispheres and you know It's a boring job. So I request you to pm me some contacts of vendors that I can purchase hemispheres from them. Thanks you in advance. Edited December 6, 2023 by BengalFlair typo 1
Zumber Posted December 7, 2023 Author Posted December 7, 2023 I will PM you contact number. But they have plastic hemispheres not strawboard. Thank you..!!
