Edwin Posted August 23, 2023 Posted August 23, 2023 (edited) Went to Disneyland yesterday expecting some generic effects and I saw this, a blue strobe shell. They did light a few more later in the display but I kind of messed up recording it. PXL_20230823_043327815~4.mp4 Edited August 23, 2023 by Edwin
a_bab Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Interesting. We can safely assume is China-made so I guess the formula will surface soon...
Edwin Posted August 25, 2023 Author Posted August 25, 2023 (edited) There are already a few formulas out there but it seems to be that they are not well known. Also all the effects within that show are effects that are quite rare and it seems to be that Disneyland California doesn't use Chinese made shells/effects. Looks like they mostly use Ricasa from Spain and Ultratec in the US. The blue strobe shells are more than likely custom made and a result of really close connections within the pyro industry. They also had really nice glitters and tremalons in the show. Seen three or four types. We were there for two nights and viewed the show from outside and inside the park so I have a ton of footage. Probably the only show I've ever seen that was so thought provoking. Edited August 25, 2023 by Edwin 1
