Are REALLY handy chems!

4 “picnic” (Front leg) hams just laid down in cure for a month-ish.

Easter’s a’comin! :)

It's funny you should mention this, because I am about to do the same exact thing real soon! There's a local store around here that has a number of pork cuts on sale. Picnic and shanks are two of them.

Stankin editor won't accept my pig emojis... https://cutekaomoji.com/animals/pigs/

Anyways, some kid on Reddit nitrated Doritos last week when bored--supposedly worked well. Mebbee you should test out some powdered burnt ends to sub some charcoal in a porky BP batch? That'd be a new one...

Dunno, I granulated some BP with 151 rum at the start of covid when the shelves were stripped of isopropyl alcohol....granules shure smelled nice, even after thorough drying. Smoke still smelt like pure BP, though.

Some BBQ-smelling BP smoke could be mighty fine, though!
