Grinding of NC

Hi
I need to make high density powder of NC
NC that I made by cotton has low density about 0.6
But granulated NC is about 1.6
So i decided to makes it lacquer and then grind it to make particle about 160-30mesh
How can i do that?

Instead of trying to grind it up, it might be better to precipitate it out of a solution as a powder. I dont know much about the process myself, but you could check out this video as a start:

Would Nitrated Starch serve as a suitable replacement for Granulated Nitro-Cellulose?
