Bigfatorange Posted March 7, 2021 Posted March 7, 2021 Whats a really good deep, vibrant green comp with barium nitrate 1
mabuse00 Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 https://www.amateurpyro.com/forums/topic/12126-brilliant-color-rubber-stars-wo-perch/ Slow but bright. I also like Hard Green 5.
Bigfatorange Posted March 10, 2021 Author Posted March 10, 2021 I Have not tried emerald green yet but I will soon I already had that written down with star comps I wanna try but Im looking for one thats not as bright
24pyro97 Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 i also love the emerald green composition, but i also use this comp but i do not know the name of it BaNO3- 60Mg/Al - 15 ( -200 mesh)parlon - 15dextrin -10this is a excellent green IMO
greenlight Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Thats similar to the rubber star formulas bound with acetone. Do you bind with water because of the additional dextrin?
BetICouldMake1 Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Dextrin only functions as a binder so any time you see it in a formula the composition is designed to be wet with water. 1
BiSkittlis Posted May 6, 2021 Posted May 6, 2021 (edited) 60% Barium nitrate15% MgAl15% Parlon10% Redgum+2% Copper oxide (optional) Here is a 4" N1 glitter to green ball shell that I made with this formula: http://pyrobin.com/files/20201231_190843.mp4 *Don't look directly at the stars, but kinda to the side of them when they are at their brightest, that's what they look like irl. **If the video buffers too much, download it.
