ronmoper76 Posted February 26, 2021 Posted February 26, 2021 BLUE STROBEap 60powdered sugar 15black copper oxide 11PVC 7Hexamine 5.5Parafin 1.5I found this recently online and it was hidden pretty well. i have not seen this formula anywhere else but the place i found it. It appears to be somewhat unknown but i wanna try it out. anyone ever tried it out before, its fairly simple and i already have the chems lying around.
Carbon796 Posted February 26, 2021 Posted February 26, 2021 (edited) There's a published blue strobe rocket formula, that is even simpler. Edited February 27, 2021 by Carbon796 1
ronmoper76 Posted February 27, 2021 Author Posted February 27, 2021 im gonna make it tonight and try it,its supposed to be a blue rocket strobe
ronmoper76 Posted February 28, 2021 Author Posted February 28, 2021 (edited) how can it be any simpler than above? all i can find is the one with bathroom caulking in it,which definately isnt easier,i made it once and it was a pain in the ass and messy. i hope thats not the one your referring to,i wanna use it on a 3lb strobe spindle not a star. And yeah, silicone can require attention to work with--it's all in the timing of the cure, which can be slowed if desired. Making DEs has about the same time-sensitivity once you get started, but is no nightmare, too. Maybe you'll develop a new blue strobing fuel and share your experiences!
