Richtee Posted August 2, 2020 Posted August 2, 2020 (edited) So I tripped over a couple of these at the range last week. HUGE brass. Looked like a little mortar tube...so I made one Paper cannister shell with about 2G Vitamin F. It’s fun to still play around a little :{) Edited August 2, 2020 by Richtee

Richtee Posted August 3, 2020 Author Posted August 3, 2020 Looks like the 50 cal. we used to sight in a 105 recoilless. It’s a BIG round... I guess they make AR machines for it too. Longer than a Long Colt. Hefty too. Never seen a hot one but I bet you don’t wanna drop it on a toe
Richtee Posted August 3, 2020 Author Posted August 3, 2020 Pyro on the down low There’s a story to that here somewhere that includes several 3 letter agencies and other folks sworn to protect me
Richtee Posted September 12, 2020 Author Posted September 12, 2020 Well, she’s had a few rounds run thru her. I had polystyrene’d a base on her... notice the deflection in the .125 inch thick aluminum bar. Girl gotta kick Using some commercial 2” shell burst to launch... prolly pretty much flash, with some double base powder for flame/timing fuse reliability.Crap..I can’t weigh it...I don’t think my triple beam is accurate enough It’s not much lift!
