A 1lb rocket tube is just over 3/4" ID. A 3lb tube is just over 1" ID.

 

For BP rockets, a 1lb tube is 7-7 1/2" long, and a 3lb tube is 10-10 1/2" long.

 

A 1lb black powder rocket uses about 80 grams, and a 3lb black powder rocket uses about 225 grams. These amounts vary, depending on moisture level rocket type, charcoal type, pressing or ramming force, delay length, etc...
