Is whistle mixing + FeTi dangerous?

Adding Ti to whistle should only be done in the delay. Using it in the core can cause pinch points in the rammers. I notice a bit of noise reduction when more than 10% Ti is used but really only 3-5% is enough for a good spark tail. The mesh size affects things a lot too, really fine mesh Ti should be used in lesser concentration because a lot of it burns inside the tube which effects the sound.
