Watching weather forecast and studying map - hell a 15 hr ride it says 1 way ..Appears to be long way from any interstate ? Still to see some building and hang with the cool kids is very tempting .. Absolutley zero builders clubs here in the marshes of SE Louisiana -

 

Any trip thus far has been a 12 hr drive . ANYBODY going ? Any Heartland peeps here ? On the fence . Who has been before ? Need a lil encouragement or warning .......... Wonders how welcome a noob interloper would be received.

 

It's still a daydream that's been simmering on my wish list . Time to make up my mind !

pam i'm super glad you made it! it was awesome to meet you. come back next year and we'll build together! i'm already planning my next year trip and will be much better prepared to apply my own level of chaos to the mix.

What event are you doing next mum? Next year I'll have the ability to hit more than one.

Next next is probably a Rocky Mountain shoot in a few weeks. As far as more major shoots, I'm trying to hit both Winter Blast and PGI in 2019.
