UKPyromaniac Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Ever wondered what 3.2 million fire crackers would look like well look no further i found, this earlier
Mumbles Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 We have this thing called the random thread that we prefer for our users to post this kind of thing in there. Things that really don't deserve their own thread, but some may still find interesting. http://www.apcforum.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=33
UKPyromaniac Posted April 19, 2007 Author Posted April 19, 2007 i think this deserves its own thread as its an official world record and related highly to the pyro industry
Mumbles Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 i think this deserves its own thread as its an official world record and related highly to the pyro industryUmmmmmm, no. I physically manufactured as well as sat and watched between 9.5 and 10.5 million go off last August. Although obviously with your hours of experience on this forum, you know better than I do what deserves it's own thread. <_> Video: (though a shitty one) http://www.postcrescent.com/specials/asset...irecrackers.mov
UKPyromaniac Posted April 19, 2007 Author Posted April 19, 2007 hmmm ur vid seams to be the same footage i have?
Pretty green flame Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Oh come on, don't you see the difference your footage lasts around 1minute 45 seconds when the one mumbles posted lasts 2 minutes 20 sec. Now tell me, how can these two be the same. IMHO what you are doing is spam but i'll leave it to the mods to decide.

Both videos are footage of PGI superstrings, but different years.
FrankRizzo Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 The master of the PGI megastring, Fred Johnson, just died last Friday. RIP
TheSidewinder Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 Yeah, a sad day to be sure. I hope this year's SS is dedicated to him. Perhaps make it a permanent dedication, or somesuch. I met him for about a total of 2 minutes. My loss that I didn't know him better. M
armogedon Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 i wonder how much it cost to make and light all those firecrackers.
