Already replied in a comment on youtube:

This glue is based on styrene. Unfortunately, there was no label on the package in this delivery, I hope that I will receive a tank with a label in the next batch.

As soon as I have more accurate information, I will add it to the website.

End burner rocket 10mm did not fly. You can see what the plastic case looks like after work, it is practically not damaged, only the plastic outside around the nozzle has melted, the body is absolutely intact.
I used the composition for End burner the same as in core burner rockets.
The composition turned out to be slow for the End burner.
I will test a more powerful fuel.
Сomposition of the first End burner rocket 10mm:
75 - KClO4
25 - Sodium salicylate
1 - Fe2O3
1 - Polyisobutylene
1 - DBP (Dibutyl phthalate)
Composition of other rockets (10mm - End burner. 16, 18, 22mm - Core burner):
68 - KNO3
22 - C
10 - S
7 - KClO4
1.5 - Polyisobutylene
1.5 - DBP (Dibutyl phthalate)

Cool. How are you loading/pressing your motors? Any CATOs during testing?

Is there a reason you moved to clear plastic tubing besides the novelty?

Is the PIB/DBP combo mostly for helping grain consolidation? What happens if you omit them?

Posted (edited)
I press with a hand press from 300kg to 800kg depending on the size.
About testing, in general, all the principles are the same as with cardboard engines, only you have to change the fuel proportions a little because the hull engines are quite short.
Plastic cases have quite a lot of advantages. In the lower part there is a rolling that holds the nozzle.
For plastic cases, it is not necessary to have a mandrel on the outside when pressing.
There is less friction during pressing due to the fact that the punch moves along circular protrusions.

The PIB / DBP combo makes the fuel plastic, and thanks to this, the fuel becomes one, without stratifications and cracks, and remains plastic like rubber.
With such a binder, the probability of engine failure is greatly reduced.
I made fuels with other binders, and the production of rockets was more difficult because the fuel was not so strong after pressing.

Here are my launches for New year 2022.
Rockets with 3" and 4" nesting shells
Rockets 10mm, Butterflies and Helicopters
There are some products with fail, including butterflies and helicopters in some cases. 18mm rockets with fast deceleration, I will use the composition slower. I made the 22 mm rocket for the first time, unfortunately the engine was shot through due to poor pressing.
Composition of all rocket:
70 - KClO4
30 - Sodium salicylate
1 - Fe2O3
1 - Polyisobutylene
1 - DBP (Dibutyl phthalate)
10% titanium I added to the composition located after the pin.

Hello.
I recently tested various rolled stars. Here are my 16mm and 10mm whistle rocket launches.
16mm rockets with 2.5" nesting shells (Test stars for 3" and 4" shells)

Test rockets 10mm with 23,7mm saturn missile tubes

I've tested stars from 8 to 13mm for 3-4" shells. I've chosen 2.5" nesting shells for easier testing, so the effect looks worse in some shells than if it would on 3 and 4" shells.
I also launched a small UFO 4"

I also prepared a lot of infomation for making stars, you can see a lot of Chinese star formulas on my website: https://pyrocomponent.com/pyro-wiki/
Composition of all rocket:
70 - KClO4
30 - Sodium salicylate
1 - ferrocene
1 - Polyisobutylene
1 - DBP (Dibutyl phthalate)
16% titanium I added to the composition located after the pin.

Hello. Happy new year and happy holidays. I posting my launches for the new year.
This year, unfortunately, was the worst in my life, there is still a war going on between Putin's troops and Ukraine.
It is very sad that this conflict continues into the new year, and no one was able to stop the war.
It is very difficult to talk about plans for 2023, but I hope that the war should end soon.
