PyroPractic Posted October 10, 2018 Author Posted October 10, 2018 I don't understand what you put in the crossette(Put a pinch of Fence post )?
dynomike1 Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 Fencepost is a prime. I used that in place of a pinch of bp in the little hole.
dynomike1 Posted October 12, 2018 Posted October 12, 2018 That would be a good star rolling video if i knew what you were saying.
starxplor Posted October 13, 2018 Posted October 13, 2018 Sometimes turning on captions and choosing English will 'auto translate' into something that can either be understood or is highly entertaining... occasionally both.
PyroPractic Posted October 14, 2018 Author Posted October 14, 2018 (edited) Hi. Now I made a large batch of stars in my new star roller(12kg). These are only 4 colors (blue, orange, pink and C8). I will continue to make purple and green and big stars with transfusions for 4 and 6 "shells. PyroPractic Posted October 18, 2018 Author Posted October 18, 2018 (edited) Hello. Do you have a pyrotechnic group (maybe at WhatsApp)? Now I learn English and this communication will help me a lot, and I could tell you something too. And I could continue to make videos in English. If you have such a group, please write to me, or think about my idea. Edited October 18, 2018 by PyroPractic

PyroPractic Posted October 25, 2018 Author Posted October 25, 2018 Hello. These are my launches of balls with new stars. Orange small stars for some reason did not set on fire even though the prime was ignited. 2" shells waight 45-55gram and 3" 170 and 190gramm. Stars 6-7mm in 2 "and 8-9mm in 3".2"1) Blue.2)Magenta wave.3) Orange (didn't burn up) 4) White wave3"1) Pink wave2) White wave
PhoenixRising Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 Those are some nice symetrical bursts, sure looks like that pasting machine works good. Are you able to share what compositions you are using for the Orange, Magenta, and Blue? I want to know all the Russian secrets.
PyroPractic Posted October 26, 2018 Author Posted October 26, 2018 This time the test was conducted with single shot 2 ". A mass of stars 50 grams in all shots. I have problem with burn orange wave stars.
PhoenixRising Posted October 26, 2018 Posted October 26, 2018 (edited) Good luck with your problems! Edited October 26, 2018 by PhoenixRising
PyroPractic Posted October 28, 2018 Author Posted October 28, 2018 PhoenixRisingThank you.Problem in applying prime. First I need to dry the stars and then apply prime. 1
PhoenixRising Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 (edited) Вы использовали декстрин или фенольную смолу для связующего? Вы уверены, что не закончили их слишком гладко? благодарю вас. Edited October 29, 2018 by PhoenixRising
PyroPractic Posted October 29, 2018 Author Posted October 29, 2018 (edited) I use iditol. The stars were not as smooth. I think that this is due to putting grease on the stars right away. And the prime and the compound dry out differently. Edited October 30, 2018 by PyroPractic
NeighborJ Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 Have you tried cracking a star open to see if the layers adhere properly? Ive had issues in the past where the cores were rattling around in a hard shell of prime, the issue was caused from high speed star roller operation.

PyroPractic Posted February 26, 2019 Author Posted February 26, 2019 Hello. This is my new anodized aluminum crossette tool. It has a long service life and is ideal for use. You can see how it works at the video (displayfireworks1 channel) Anodized aluminum is very strong and very little fray with compositions with titanium. When working with pump made of bronze, it is strongly worn if there is titanium in the composition. Not only the matrix wears out,but also the punch. Price for full crossette tool for 3,4,6 parts 16mm 102 USD 18mm 105 USD 21mm 110 USD 26mm 117 USD 31mm 126 USD Video
