Plasmaniax Posted September 21, 2018 Posted September 21, 2018 Speaking of simple, i just had to buy a powerful blender for 20 and it makes the best stuff! In 10 minutes too.
justvisiting Posted September 21, 2018 Posted September 21, 2018 Plasmaniax, I assume you are joking. For your sake, I hope so.

If the three ingredients are fine enough all ready then just hand mixing will work for a lower powered black powder that works for a lot of things. When mixing in a power mixer the combine ingredients can float into the motor area and a spark can set it off, that's the danger with doing it that way. Edited September 22, 2018 by patsroom
kingkama Posted September 22, 2018 Posted September 22, 2018 No one made BP in old school way... Wooden mallet in a big stone mortar, 5 to 10 % moisture 1.50 minutes of hammering for gram. For century BP was made like that. The time required for a usable BP (12 to 15 shell weight) is far less than ball mill. Obviously with ball mill BP is far better and safe to make.
Plasmaniax Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 I was joking, sort of. I have a ball mill as well.
