I have a grinder I use for charcoal and it barely creates any airfloat, mostly just small but significant particles. Is a cheap coffee grinder good enough for screen mixed BP?

I would say no personally. I've never been all that impressed with coffee grinder fineness. I also have a particular aversion to using grinders with unsealed electric motors with flammable materials.

ive been using the coffee grinder so far and its been ok out of every 250g of potasium nitrate im usually having to regrind about 10-20 grams of it to get it to pass the 100 mesh screen

so until i get a ball mill jar made that 325 mesh stuff hould be a nice improvement for me
