Any time I get service "above and beyond" from a company, I try to tell everyone.

I have a low-voltage condition out here in the shop when the router is running, and needed a 'CVT' (constant-voltage transformer). I've used a bunch of them, and I really trust Sola brand.

Well, I ordered a used one off Ebay from www.nriparts.com

I'm kind-of partial to getting properly-packaged stuff, in good condition; more-especially when it's heavy things we're talking about (this xfrmr was 37lb). These folks packaged it BETTER than Sola would have! It got here three days after ordering, was 1/8th the price of new (including shipping), and works perfectly. Now, they are NOT the cheapest of all the dealers out there, but not expensive, either. And with this level of service, I'll pay the extra $8 on a $50-$60 item. Shipping (UPS ground) was almost as expensive as the unit... and of course, they cannot control that. This wouldn't have fit in a priority mail box.

Then, without solicitation, I got an email from them including the original Sola product manual! I never asked. They just sent it.

If you need hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, whatever... check out these folks. They're in Ohio.

Thanks for the tip. With that kind of "product" line, this place sounds like it will be right in my wheelhouse. Im always experimenting with electromechanical and electronic stuff.

They have great prices on 250v time delay relays. They're new and almost half the price I pay from our regular distributor.
