Didn't this happen before? Mabe ten or so years ago, at a fireworks market. Also caught on video. This is not good I'll be saying some prayers. I don't know what could be said its a horrible tragedy. Edited December 21, 2016 by NeighborJ

Third event like this at this market since 2005. My take would be too much stuff in the open and some careless "shopper"....
