taiwanluthiers Posted October 23, 2016 Posted October 23, 2016 So I got some chance to observe some professors and TA use a SEM/electron microprobe. It's amazing what it can do but I'd like to learn more about it. Googling has not revealed much (not many people have them or even seen one obviously, they are hideously expensive to buy and maintain). Does anyone here have experience with these instruments and can point me to some good reading materials regarding how they work, or how to maintain one?
