NeighborJ Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Those are some sweeeeet shells, I love the blues. I've got to figure out how to use the time lapse feature on my camera. Glad your back.
dagabu Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 Those are some sweeeeet shells, I love the blues. I've got to figure out how to use the time lapse feature on my camera. Glad your back. Thanks, J! It's an SLR, set to BULB for the shutter, f/6.3, ISO 100, white balance 6500 K, the shutter was opened for around 7 seconds but I judged by "feel" most of the time. memo Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 your feel for that camera is great, really great photos. memo
dagabu Posted August 30, 2016 Author Posted August 30, 2016 Thanks Memo! The remote shutter control is the real winner, that and a Bogen tripod!
BlueComet24 Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Really nice photography, Dag. You captured those breaks very nicely.Do you have an idea of what the gold streamers are in this one? It looks different to me than something like C6, but that could be due to the larger stars.
stix Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) Yes, very nicely photographed Dave. Great colours. The third one down is bizarre, it reminds me of a spiderweb with glistening dew. I imagine it was some sort of strobe or glitter where you can still see the stream as the star flashes on and off over the distance with the slow exposure. Edited September 1, 2016 by stix
dagabu Posted September 1, 2016 Author Posted September 1, 2016 39J I think. I really like that picture and am thinking about a large vinyl wall cling for the grand daughters room.
