tfb5701 Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 New member here. I have some experience helping a former FEL holder with his fireworks hobby when he used to have his FEL. I am planning on getting a FEL soon and one of the requirements in Oklahoma is a liability insurance policy for all 1.3 shows of $1,000,000. Does anyone know about how much such a policy would cost for a single private show a year? Just trying to get a ballpark idea.
Nessalco Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I've purchased insurance for my private show through the club I belong to. Cost $500 for the single day event, and was a standard liability + fireworks policy. It specifically did not cover anybody working on or helping with the show. I think you should consider $500 to be the low end of the cost. Kevin
