victor Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 I try to know the difference, and why they are built like that?
asilentbob Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Are you asking why our warehouses are built the way they are? I don't have an answer for you as i don't know. I'm sure they have some safety features built in, but aside from that i don't know. You might get a better response from the owners of firework warehouses. Most of the people on this board are just amateur pyrotechnicians without a whole lot of experience in the business of the fireworks industry.
Frozentech Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Victor, a lot of the questions you have been asking here, as well as on other places, can not really be answered, as asilentbob said, by the people here. Most of us are amateurs who work with fireworks for fun only. The ones who are doing it for a profession are not going to say much without being paid for it ! Most of your questions need to be answered by government agencies anyway. The US Bureau of Alcohol,Tobacco,Firearms, and Explosives sets the requirements for firework storage. The US Department of Transportation sets, as you can guess, rules for transport. The NFPA ( advisory agency ), the National Fire Protective Association, sets guidelines for commercial fireworks displays, the Consumer Product Safety Commission sets rules on what can be imported and sold. If you want good answers with thorough research, hire someone !
victor Posted March 27, 2007 Author Posted March 27, 2007 Right, many things I try to know, because there are many things about fireworks I don't know now. Hope can get more answers from your professionals.
