Sparx88 Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 Nater, I respect your position and agree that people don't always think or act right in a situation even more so if they are on something. I respect and highly appreciate what you do for a living, it's a very honorable noble cause, and we need more of you. Seriously, not trying to be cute. I have 2 family members in different medical fields and I always pray and say that they deserve nothing but Gods best for being who they are. You included.
nater Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 While I do not agree with everything the author wrote, including the fact that I feel he has violated the trust of his patient's by writing a memoir, he does make some great points that are relevant to this topic. Pay attention to the parts where he talks about violence and DNR orders from families who cannot agree on a meal. http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2016/01/05/462020093/paramedic-shares-wild-ride-treating-a-thousand-naked-strangers
