Yup, I'll stick to plumbing so I can afford to pay other pros for the fruits of their trades. It's a win-win situation: I don't have to buy a lathe and you don't have to buy a backhoe!
OldMarine Posted December 14, 2015 Author Posted December 14, 2015 In all seriousness I make what tooling I can competently build. I've framed my own screens, made my own charcoal disposal grinder (easy and free) and am accumulating parts to build Ned's ball mill. Metal working and things such as your case formers are a bit beyond my skills and I know it.
mikeee Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 OldMatrine, That is how I live my life, do what I can and rely on others for other things I can not provide. Knowledge is an item that everyone has access to if they have the time. Life has taught me, we have more time then we care to admit to, there is an endless amount of knowledge for a all of us to extract if we allow the time. It is 1:30 in the morning and I am still working on projects, live life like it is the last day, you never know when the hours will run short. 3
