It should bring up a menu looking like this: http://i.imgur.com/BplbDNk.png Step 3: Under the selection menu of this window, select "media". Step 4: Next, copy and paste the video's URL into the box on the menu that states "Media URL". Step 5: Click "Ok" on the menu and it should close out of it, displaying the video's URL in the comment box. Step 6: On the comment box, click "Post". Step 7: Enjoy your video.
