SCIENCE: Time, as we know it, doesn't exist...

My mind is not qualified for that, but the video was still interesting. Strange how that works.

Time is only relative to this physical body of ours...

pretty much meaningless to God or earth.

At least thats the way I see it.

When I look at the stars walking back to the house at night i try to phathom that those are the same stars people have toiled with life and wars forever under... same sky. What makes one day peaceful and the next day full of pain...

I agree Rock. In this age and time we are slaves to to the money lenders if we let it be so. For many of us it is the only life we know.

What is really fun to think about is how the speed of light and relative frame of reference causes different perceptions. Special relativity tends to cause many physics students' brains to melt.

My keys got tangled in my pants pocket this morning and I had a hard time pulling them out, does that count?

You know what else? An atom is composed mostly of empty spaces... so when you look at a solid piece of steel, it is really 95% empty spaces, instead the resistance you feel when you run into it is the various forces that those charged particle exert. Even subatomic particles are composed of infinitely small dots whereas the particle is still mostly empty space...

That reminds me of my ex-wife....................she was blonde. :-)

The interesting thing about getting payed for money is that at different points in your life, time passes faster. This is mainly because we count time based on how long something took the time before that. This means that you hit your "half life" at 29.

Half life at 29? Don't trust anyone over 30..... sounds familiar. If my half life was 29 I'd be dead. Of course I've already died and I've lived longer than I'll make it. As for time passing faster, that's only relative to the total existence where each subsequent minute is a smaller part of the whole.

There! I've done it! Finally finished a reply to this post. At least 8 started and aborted. On some plane, I've posted them all in their entirety and I've posted nothing at all. In fact I've never been here at all....... and I was here before anyone else.

If this existence isn't a wonderment i don't know what is. I try not to get too caught up in the intricacies and just enjoy where ever I am at for the moment.
