Mumbles Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 I would assume you're talking about in person. For that I don't know. However, any supplier I'm aware of will ship there. Your best bet might be to find a friend in the region, and have him or her collect them for you so you can pick them up. There may be companies that do the same. Getting in contact with some of the more regional clubs might help you to find some people in the area. The Northern Lights Pyrotechnic Club (http://www.thenlpc.org/), New Hampshire Pyrotechnics Association (http://www.nhpyro.org/), or CrackerJacks (http://www.crackerjacks.org/) would probably be the three most likely to have members in the area you want.
