MWJ Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the great tooling Caleb. This is the first rocket I made with his 5/8" core burner tooling. It when so high I lost track of where it went. http://youtu.be/OUvX2gCfeGo Edited December 7, 2014 by MWJ 1

mkn Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Nice one MWJ, Is the BP made with your Ponderosa Pine Coal? I still need to use what you sent me. Great site for launching !Rolled your own , sweet ! did you make a frame machine ?Matt 1
MWJ Posted December 9, 2014 Author Posted December 9, 2014 Yes, my bp is made with my Pond. pine charcoal. This batch of BP was granulated with water so I used Dextrin as my binder. I really think you'll like the pine I sent you, I'm very happy with it. I made some Pine bp and granulated with moonshine with no binder. The Al. made some very hard grains with the pine and VERY fast powder. It's moonshine or Al. for me for now on. No frame machine. Just a 5/8" steel rod I got at Big R. I'm not sure that I'm clever enough to make a machine to do this. Some of you guys sure are! Thanks Matt
Livingston Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Been making sum whistling rockets with Calebs tooling also!! http://youtu.be/2xQDRIk9G9g
